Waarom authentieke leiders het verschil maken"
Het onderscheid tussen een politicus en een leider die de politiek ingaat, ligt in hun motivatie en aanpak. Een politicus richt zich vaak op partijbelangen en machtsbehoud, terwijl een leider de politiek zich inzet om positieve veranderingen te realiseren en het algemeen belang te dienen. In tijden van verminderd vertrouwen in de politiek is er behoefte aan authentieke leiders die voorbij traditionele kaders denken en handelen. Zij streven naar inclusiviteit en luisteren naar diverse perspectieven, met als doel het welzijn van alle burgers te waardevol. Dit type leiderschap kan het vertrouwen in de democratie herstellen en een brug slaan tussen politiek en burger.
WHO ARE WE
The values and standards of the party are based on the Word of God and the party is also guided by it. The party may therefore be expected to have its vision and actions in accordance with it. A20 strives for a healthy and balanced society in which law and justice prevail and in which equal opportunities are created for every citizen living in Suriname.
A20 aims for a society in which there is ample room for participation in political consultation and the economic experience of every resident of Suriname. The party wants to commit itself to the youth and give them a voice in politics and in the social and economic development of Suriname.
A20 is an advocate of placing the right people in the right places, regardless of political colour. When implementing the policy, as much expertise as possible should be deployed. Political colour or personal loyalty should not be taken into account.
A20 is going for a technical cabinet. Cooperation is possible on this basis, among other things. The technical cabinet means that functions will be assigned to those who are qualified for them, regardless of their political background, race, culture and religious beliefs. This according to the principle of “The right person in the right place”.
A20 can work with any party that agrees with this position. A20 wants to do away with the placement of (political) persons in (government) positions if those persons do not have the right knowledge and experience. If there are other Surinamese who are honest and expert, A20 will endorse their candidacy, even if they are from another political party. Each (proposed) candidate will in principle have to meet the required profile. It is about expertise!
Furthermore, A20 is not in favor of placing controversial individuals in prominent positions, especially if these candidates have a criminal record.
WHY A20

Omdat “Fundamenteel Onrecht” (het vertrappen van regelgeving en de regels van moraal die aan de basis zijn van onze samenleving) bestreden moet worden en A20 de bestrijding van dit onrecht heel hoog in het vaandel heeft.

Omdat het tijd wordt dat wij nadenken over de richting en ontwikkeling van ons land.

Omdat iedere burger het recht heeft zijn of haar volksvertegenwoordiging te kiezen en de mogelijkheid om te participeren in het bestuur van het land. Er is sprake van corruptie, vriendjes- en partijpolitiek. Er is een toename van criminaliteit, huiselijk geweld e
gezinsontwrichting. Er is behoefte aan een evenwichtige samenleving. -
Omdat het kiezersvolk vaker teleurgesteld werd in hun verwachtingen naar rechtvaardigheid.

Omdat waarden en normen in de maatschappij hersteld moeten worden. Omdat elke politieke partij of combinatie die de regeer
macht verwierf in dezelfde voetsporen van de voorgangers trad. -
Omdat A20 voor een andere wijze van politiekvoering gaat, waarbij het belang van Suriname en van alle burgers op de eerste plaats zal worden gesteld.
Servant Leadership
A20 believes it is time for leaders to emerge who put the interests of the country first and not serve their own interests.
Stable Economy
A20 believes in a stable economy where exports exceed imports, where strong institutions exist to create a service-oriented society, where the government strives for justice for all and where patriotism is held in high regard.
Technical Cabinet
A-20 stands for technical politics and not for party politics, in order to fight against fundamental injustice
Education
For optimal development of a country, good education is necessary, so that citizens can not only take advantage of the opportunities that the nation offers, but everyone can contribute to the development of the country.
The education system must meet international standards and all Surinamese must be able to receive education.
Looking after each other
She introduces a system where everyone looks out for each other
Entrepreneurship & Innovation
There must be diversity in the economy, whereby Surinamese people must be encouraged to become self-sufficient by creating the right conditions so that innovation becomes easier.
